This low budget, experimental sci-fi film with a social conscious tells the story of a young Earthman named Kuma who lands on East Planet, a sorrowful place where good people get executed by lethal injection every day. A ruthless, racist dictator dominates the planet, but now, as if led by an invisible hand, Kuma wanders into the planet’s deep forest to find a woman who survived the execution. The film stars include the staff and a patient from the psychiatry clinic where the director works. It shows with a short film, “Death in Charge” (15 min).
